Why Do I Have Low Potassium Levels

by John

My question is, Why do my blood tests always show that I have low Potassium levels?

I take diuretics for my heart problems. My Heart problems are not that bad. I have had serious operations with no problems. I am 72 years old, and have had 3 Hernia operations in the last 3 years. I had my left leg amputated below the knee when I was 63. I had a dual bi-fem operation when I was also 63. I had no problems at all.

I am taking 5 Potassium supplement pills Of Euro K 600 a day. I don't think that is enough.
