What to do for a Low Potassium Level

Other than taking the drug Klor-con daily, what type of foods can I eat that are high in Potassium? The only one I know is bananas. E-mail mackcarolyn@comcast.net.

Hi Carolyn,

I don't think that you read the pages on my site on potassium or you are not understanding the significance. Please read my page on Normal Potassium Level in order to understand that it's not your intake of potassium that is an issue, but that it's likely that you are severely magnesium deficient.
