What is vitamin D6?

I have been told vitamin D6 is bad to take. What is vitamin D6 and why is it bad?

Never heard of it...

I've never heard of it and I wouldn't worry about avoiding it because I've never even seen it before either.

Whoever told you that likely meant not to take vitamin d2 and not d6.
