YOUR number is a Dihydroxyvitamin D Level and is NOT the HYDROXY vitamin D level that is used to determine your vitamin D status.
This number means very little in isolation and should NOT have your clinician determine need for vitamin D therapy.
Did your doctor also do a 25(OH)D or Hydroxyvitamin D Level? I would be much more able to help you determine what those numbers mean. You need to have more information to have any meaning for the number that you showed me.
