Hi Amy,


No, it sounds like you are doing just about everything right! Be sure to get a Vitamin D Level this winter to make sure that you are still on track. 38 is a TINY bit low, but VERY close to being in the Optimal Vitamin D Levels Range, so 6000 IU's per day should be fine.


A Good source of Transdermal Magnesium Gel is through Ancient Minerals who specialize in high quality magnesium products. It's considered 'Ultra Pure' and is really great.

You can actually rub the Transdermal Magnesium Gel right into the area where you are having the Fascia/Tendon pain and see if that helps.


Dr. Carolyn Dean, author of The Magnesium Miracle recommends that musicians (guitarists in particular) do this to avoid and get rid of their tendonitis pain from playing so much, so hopefully it will help you too.
