That is wonderful that you are having such good luck with the magnesium. And that is an interesting question about your need for magnesium.
First of all, do you REALLY need more than other people? Now that you know the signs of magnesium, can't you see people every day who probably should be on magnesium? And look at the vast numbers of people with chronic illnesses all around you. Don't you think that THEY would benefit from magnesium as well?
Another possibility is that you have had or are still having a lot of stress, and whenever you undergo stress, you use up magnesium. So, if you are under stress now, you need extra magnesium, if you are not under stress now, but were in the past, you need magnesium to repair and rebuild the Adrenal Gland Fatigue that you experienced all of those years.
Also, years of magnesium deprivation in the past has reduced the intracellular magnesium stores in your body, and now you need to rebuild your 'stockpiles'.
