Unfortunately, I can only provide information on my site. I don't know you and so I cannot answer ANY questions about whether you 'should' or 'shouldn't' do anything at all!
But I think that if you are hoping that magnesium is going to 'fix you', you are barking up the wrong tree. It's not a magic bullet and taking one pill is not likely going to 'fix' you. It's VERY likely that you have a metabolic issue that is contributing to all of your problems.
If you think about it, how would you be deficient in JUST magnesium without being deficient in other nutrients at the same time? Foods have a combination of nutrients in them and to think that you are getting everything that you need EXCEPT magnesium is somewhat short-sighted and probably wrong.
So, please consider taking a look at the rest of my site and seeing what else that you might find that could help you. There is a LOT of information besides magnesium that might be able to help you.
