Thanks for your kind words. And I hope that anyone else who is reading this takes your words to heart. The tests for Gluten Sensitivity do not catch the vast majority of people who have problems with it.
A term that I heard from a doctor studying the gastrointestinal problems that autistic children have, has labeled the phenomenon of having Gluten Sensitivity with negative laboratory findings as "Non Celiac Gluten Sensitivity".
It's too bad that doctors can't understand this.
There are no lab tests for Lactose Intolerance either, yet doctors are more than happy to take your word for it if you get gassy, bloated and have diarrhea after drinking milk- so why not gluten!
