reoccuring b-12 while taking 1000ml injections for pernicious anemia

Can you give me an answer to this question. Why my b-12 level keep dropping, even while I'm getting injections every month? Please give me an answer that I can pass on to my doctor. Their only solution has been to get shots every week for a month, but it keeps dropping a few months later. I have pernicious anemia.
