Quality Matters

So, it sounds like you are certainly on the right track attempting to get nourished and using nutrition to help solve your health issues. That's a GREAT start.

However, I'm seeing quite a few problems with your approach. Quality matters and diet matters and you don't say what you are doing with your diet. I also suspect that the vitamin and mineral supplementation that you are starting is of crappy quality.

If they are putting 'crappy' magnesium oxide into their pills, then it's likely that they are more interested in providing a cheap product that's CALLED a vitamin and mineral supplement then they are interested in protecting your health.

Also, the protein powder that you are using is probably the same way. Why they choose to put crappy quality magnesium in your protein powder, I don't know, but it's a good bet that they are not using high quality organic whey from Grass fed cows either- and if they aren't, then you are getting a bunch of toxins and hormones in your protein drink every day that could be CONTRIBUTING to your health problems.

So, if you want to get healthy, then focus on diet and the QUALITY of what you put into your body.
