I would like your opinion on magnesium oil spray. The one I have used is from betteryou.com. It was recommended to me because amongst other aches and pains I was suffering from restless leg syndrome. Initially I just sprayed my legs before going to bed and I found that it helped.

Been using a Magnesium oil that is easily absorbed that my naturopath gave me. However it damages the skin that I put it on. Seems to age it very badly.
Any ideas on what to do about it?
The reason I use it is heart challenges, apparently from Family ... moms side had a lot of heart attacks. Plus I seem to have a lot of other magnesium type deficiencies.
Ive had chronic fatigue, mood swings, ongoing bad sleeps, a lot of stress in life. ED challenges ... So am trying to get magnesium into my system, but it has been a challenge. Used supplements but didn't get absorbed as well as I would like, thus the transdermal.
Anything you can let me know about how to reduce plaque in the blood stream would be great!
thanks - great to have someone giving me some feedback!!

I am a 42 year old female. 6 months ago I had heart tests done as I sometimes get chest pain on the left side and a fluttery heart beat that lasts a few seconds then goes back to normal...the pain and palpitations do not necessarily happen at the same time. The heart tests were all normal and it was put down to idiopathic costochondritis.
Recently the heart palpitations have been getting more frequent. I used to get one or two maybe once or twice a month, I am now getting them a couple of times each day. I have spasmodically been using Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil.
When I remember to do it, I spray the magnesium oil on myself from the neck down and then have a shower 20 mins later. However because of the palpitations I have been wondering if I need to switch to oral supplements. Or should I be using the magnesium oil in a different way?
Thanks.Jo

Thank you for the answer to my last question. The scoop WAS inside the powder!
I want to also buy Magnesium Oil and/or gel.
I have a lot of fascial and tendon pain and my vit D levels are low (38 ng/ml). Also, I exercise a lot and take have taken an Rx diuretic (aldactone) for ten years (for an off-label condition).
I'm taking 500 mg calcium 2x day (on empty stomach..is this right?)....and taking 6000 IUs of Vitamin D3 Supplements. I just started Ionic Fizz Magnesium Powdered Drink. Will work up to whatever I can, but I tend to get diarrhea from magnesium pretty easily.
I will take an Epsom Salt bath and was thinking of also using magnesium oil or gel.
What type(s) do you recommend and do you have any other tips for me? Thanks so much. You and Joshua (from The Tendonitis Expert Website) are great!

I pruchased magnesium oil at a health food store for $30 and it said for skin care. Can this be effective for magnesium replacement?
Can it transport through the skin? It contains 450 mg/ml of magnesium chloride.
