So, I have a whole page written about that. You can read my page on
Atrial Fibrillation there.
I give a caution about those who have Atrial Fibrillation potentially having a 'clot' if their heart rhythm suddenly goes normal again, but since you are on Warfarin already, that's not an issue with you. Just be sure that your Warfarin level is 'normal' before you embark on any magnesium therapy.
Then, just follow the instructions on the
Magnesium Dosage page.
Also, it would be a GREAT idea to get your vitamin d level checked too, as calcium imbalances can often cause heart issues as well- and most everyone has
Symptoms of Vitamin D Deficiency that they are not aware of, so it's a good idea to be sufficient in Vitamin D whether or not you have any problems right now- but ESPECIALLY when you already have problems, it's really a MUST!!
So, if you are interested in learning more about how magnesium affects your heart, there is a truly AMAZING book on the subject called
'Magnesium, The Ultimate Heart Medicine' that I
HIGHLY recommend!!
When you're done reading that, you'll know how to fix many heart issues better than most cardiologists!!
