Return to Question about Magnesium.
I have been suffering from serious anxiety/panic attacks for over a year now. None of the meds I'm currently taking work and a friend suggested I might have Magnesium Deficiency ( I get a lot of calcium via my diet and no Mag)
I started taking reg mag from CVS 500mg and had serious loose stools...yuck! I cut the tabs in half, but am still experiencing loose stools :-(
I have ordered Mag Taurate 125mg as I was told this would stop the loose stools. Is this correct? If not, which Mag should I take? Or should I simply stick to Epsom Salt baths, if so how many cup fulls do I need?
I am 5ft 6 and weight 110 lbs (currently taking Klonipin, Gabapentin and Dothiepin for anxiety)
I would be really grateful for your help and advise.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Many thanks :-)

Is Angstrom liquid magnesium a good supplement to take? It seems to work for me.

ANSWER:
Please listen to your body. If your body is telling you that it is good for you, then you don't need anyone to tell you whether it is or not.
We have gone away from trusting our bodies with what is good for us in order to listen to other people and it has had dangerous consequences.
We stopped eating healthy foods like butter, lard and pate in favor of 'government recommended' foods like margarine and we have only received bad health as a result.
Please listen to your body. You don't need me or anyone else to 'reassure' you that something that makes your body feel good is good for you.
