Hello,
I recently purchased a reverse osmosis system to combat h. Pylori in my drinking water. Two questions: 1. Will that elimitations the germ from getting into my body? 2. Is a reverse osmosis system healthy bring that it strip the minerals out of the water? Your answer is greatly appreciated. I love your site ☺

I'm not sure why you want to 'combat H pylori in your drinking water'. While I generally am a fan of filtered water, H pylori is generally passed from person to person. While it CAN get into the water, as far as I know, this is not a problem. You are more likely to get H pylori from kissing your children or a family member than you are getting it from drinking water.
I'd worry a lot more about fluoride and chlorine in your water than H pylori. I've never heard of anyone trying to filter H pylori out of their water. This seems like it would be the least of anyone's worries about their water. And watching your drinking water is not going to prevent exposure from H pylori from people. So, unless you plan on testing every person you come into contact with, then I'm not sure why you would do this. H pylori is not the boogey man. It's mostly a benign bacteria that doesn't even cause symptoms in most people who get it.
Heck, just going to a salad bar, you are going to be exposed to several different parasites. Bacteria, parasites, and fungi are ubiquitous in the environment. Unless you put a bubble around you, you can't avoid them. A better plan is to build up your immune system so it can fight off the things you are exposed to since it's an exercise in ridiculousness to try to avoid germs, and you don't want to anyway since that is how your body builds up antibodies and learns to fight off bad germs.
