Heart burn and gas but endoscopy clear

I am 37 years old.i had an endoscopy 4 months back as I was having abdominal pain for long time.the report was clear with out any complications.from 2 months I am having burning sensation in my stomach all day and I am having
Heartburn at times.so my family doctor suspected gerd and I am under medication now.my question is do I have a chance of developing h pylori infection or stomach ulcers or esophagal inflammation in this period of 4 months?please let me know.
