H pylori medication Prevpac

I need advice for substitute for Prevpac medication which contains(amoxicillin/clarithromycin/lansoprazole) while I am severely allergic to CLARITHROMYCIN and I cannot tolerate it. I had to abandon this treatment twice. Is there any good substitute of Clarithromycin?

Please advise any effective and well tested medication for H pylori.

Alternatives to Antibiotics

Hi Dr. Rana,

Yes, there are very good alternatives to antibiotics for H Pylori that have been tested in studies many times. I discuss the effective alternatives in my book The H Pylori Solution. I also discuss how to change the ecology of the body in order to make sure that you get rid of the H pylori the first time since the failure rate with antibiotics is approximately 33%. I also discuss how to change the ecology of the body so that you don’t get H pylori back again, as getting H pylori repeatedly is a problem since most people ‘just’ take antibiotics and don’t do anything to change the reason why they got H Pylori in the first place.
