I'm not sure why you would worry about the adrenal test not being valid while you are on pain medicine- there's no reason not to take the test if you are on pain meds. And in fact, getting your adrenals settled can help to reduce pain by making you more resilient to stress.
Then, as far as getting tested for H pylori, I recommend that ALL my clients get a Comprehensive Intestinal Pathogen Test.
