Skin conditions are one of the 'classic' symptoms of gluten sensitivity. No one need ask about 'specific' health problems and gluten sensitivity. If you even THINK to ASK if gluten might help X health problem, then it very well might and you'll never know until you try it.

Would you rather suffer for 10 more years with your eczema? Or is it worth it to give a gluten free diet a try for 2 months to see if it will help?

That is the SAME answer that I give with EVERY SINGLE health problem because I can't even THINK of a single health problem that can't be helped by a gluten free diet. And you will never know if it will help YOU until you give it a try...
