Yippee! After battling a vitamin D deficiency for 2 years, finally a level of 68! My doctor had me taking 4000 IU daily, but I went off on my own and increased to 5000 IU Vitamin D3 Supplements daily and added 250 mg of magnesium. My level rose from 49 to 68 and I have maintained that level for 5 months. I'm so excited! There is light at the end of the tunnel folks!
