Do I still have h-pylori?

Hi my name is Rose and about a month ago I was told I have h-pylori. So I took the antibiotics for 10 days all seems better, until the past couple of weeks the pain in my abdomen has returned with a vengeance. I even went to the emergency room to get checked out.
Had an ultrasound and all checked out fine..I had no stones or any problem with the gall bladder. So, my question is, is it possible I still have h-pylori? And it's causing the pain and giving me ulcers? Also, is this dangerous or life threatening? I'm tired of the pain it's every day. Please help!
