Could I have H. Pylori

Hi im a 22 year old male originally from eastern europe and moved to the states when i was 5, im 6ft tall and in shape. i normally workout 6 days a week and have a fast metabolism. recently i had a cold or maybe even the flu. Not really any fever or any vomiting but lots of phlegm and dry cough, sneezing and a irritable sore throat. I didnt see a doctor i just stayed home for about a week and drank lots of hot tea and home made remedies. they were for the most part helpful and nearing the ending stages of the sickness one day i felt very uncomfortable pains throughout my stomach or abdomen, symptoms of bloating and sharp pains that lasted for about 6 hours but i was for most of the time unable to pass gas and didnt pass stool for at least two days after. and when i finally did it was very much diahrrea and liquid form and the sharp pain in the middle of my stomach kept persisting as soon as i tried to pass. im concerned if i might have the H. Pylori bacteria or an ulcer. any info given would be highly appreciated.

Don't Know

As I've said before on my site, you cannot know whether you have H pylori or not unless you get tested. And even if you do have H pylori, it may have ZERO to do with your recent digestive complaints. You could have had digestive complaints for thousands of reasons, and your positive H pylori may have been from years or even decades ago. There is no possibility of knowing.

So, I'd suggest that you get one of my Comprehensive Intestinal Pathogen Test and find out if you have H pylori and/or any other digestive bugs and get rid of them if you are concerned about it. Anything else is simply speculation.
