Can Cultrelle protect me from H. pylori?

Both men have had the same symptoms and both have had gastritis and EDG's. My fiancée has been anorexic almost and unexplained at. Loss. I on the other hand have no symptoms. Is Culturelle a good herbal alternative for treatment to be on the safe side?

Sine H. Pylori is contagious and passed through saliva? Fiancée tested positive for H. Pylori and my other love interest in in hospital now with severe gastritis awaiting biopsy results. My fiancé went through H. Pylori treatment but the last week of treatment he started drinking again. He is now exhibiting anorexia and unexplained Wt. Loss. His follow up stool sample pending.

I am afraid that I have H. Pylori with no symptoms and passed it on to my other love interest. Should I take Culturelle to prevent tjis cycle if my other interest biopsy results show H. Pylori as the cause of his severe gastritis?
